Covid-19

The health and safety of customers and staff is a priority. We want to assure customers that robust health and safety procedures have been put in place in response to Covid-19.

We are continuing to follow the official advice being provided around the daily situation for COVID-19 by the Government Agencies. Now we are at LEVEL 2 we have become even more vigilant about sanitisation.

Our office and technical services are now operational again but social distancing and sanitation methods are being closely adhered to.  However we are currently working reduced hours so the office and technicians are only available from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday. As per government guidelines technicians will be available for Emergency Callouts only at other times.

Our Patrol services will continue to operate as normal as they are considered an essential service and due to the hours they work they have minimal contact with other people. However our Static Guards are working on the front line in supermarkets and other premises that are also an essential service.

We have also asked all our Teams, particularly those out dealing with the general public, to limit close contact with the public and the customers by using physical distancing, so please be understanding if they do not stop for a chat.
